Talks

We offer talks on the subject of cultivation of cacti to gardening clubs in West Dorset and surrounding areas. Please contact us to enquire about our availability and rates. If you invite our speaker to your club/society, your members will learn how to care and propagate these unique plants. The talk can incorporate demonstrations of taking cuttings, potting and even grafting.  We will bring along some small plants for sale too.

David Ennals is a professional gardener, however, he has been growing cacti since childhood. He is a member of the British Cactus and Succulent Society, and Bristol Cactus Society.  His Cacti display at The Dorset County Show has has received a Gold Medal for the last 17 years and in both 2018 and 2019 won the award for the best exhibit in the floral pavilion.
